Side issues after Sinus Surgery

It’s been almost 5 weeks since my surgery. I find that after moderate exercise my nostrils start to burn. Not a hot burn, but a stinging burn. This occurs where the surgery took place on both sides. That leads to a mild headache. Annoying, but doable. I’m finally back to doing a lot each day. Multiple exercise and activities. I’m happy, but still annoyed at the persistent problems. My sleep cycle is good, although being off of my CPAP for my sleep apnea (for 1 week) is still causing me probs. I have restless leg syndrome, and my feet get restless. Once in a while I’ll take a pain med, but I’m generally feeling good. I remember that it was last October when I became serious with my sinus issues. I couldn’t lift weights or exercise regularly because of the headaches. Now 1/2 of it was due to an infected tooth that needed 3 root canals, but that’s besides the point. It was a daily annoyance that prevented me from getting healthy. Now, for the first week in 9 months, I’m almost ready to get back into exercising!
