Regular sinus headache

This is what it feels to have a “regular” sinus headache that puts many in their rooms. Pain and burning in the upper nose and ethmoid sinus (over eyebrow) pain. Even my teeth are aching. The problem is that the majority of blood clots are in that nose. Why won’t they go away? Did CPAP cause this last night? I don’t feel so fatigued, and I recovered quickly today after 30 minutes of gardening.

Exercise seems to help. Getting outside got everything looser and  moving, and the headache was actually less severe for a bit….maybe.
